Weekend Clubs

These Clubs give children the opportunity to interact with a range of different animals and enjoy hands on experiences.

Animal Care Club:

Does your child love animals? Do they enjoy being outdoors? Would they like to learn more about animal care and working on a farm? If yes, this club is for them! Running every Sunday, from 9-11, this club offers children aged 6-14 the opportunity to learn about and care for our farm animals.

The Club will involve:
  • Feeding the animals breakfast,
  • Letting the barn animals out into the field,
  • Letting the poultry animals out into their outdoor run,
  • Mucking out the animal enclosures,
  • Animal grooming and cuddles,
  • Walking the Goats and other fun interactions!

Details for parents:
  • Suitable for ages 6-14yrs
  • Club runs from 9am - 11am
  • All attending children must be dropped off and collected at reception by a responsible adult
  • Please ensure your child brings a snack and drink with them
  • Please wear suitable outdoor footwear and clothing - The farm will be muddy, so wellies are recommended!
  • You will be asked to complete a permission form for each child on arrival.
  • We recommend under 8s have a parent with them on site - why not enjoy a cup of tea/coffee while you wait?
  • All staff and volunteers working with children are DBS checked.
