Our busy City Farm always has a project to work on, and we have had great support from businesses volunteering their time and skills to help us with these projects, as well as the farm offering therapuetic and team building time! Some examples of the work undertaken on our structured corporate days includes:
Because of the admin and delivery time, we now have a minimal donation amount of £200 per corporate day. This is because we need to cover our costs for the day, which includes equipment, staff time, electric, and tea/coffee. Matchfund
Wanting to help but would prefer a more unique approach? Match funding is ideal for this. Any funds raised by the farm are matched pound for pound by your company. This can range from £50 to £5,000 and will significantly benefit all that use the farm. We do the 'hard work' by creating innovative, fun and engaging fundraising activities and the farm reaps the benefits twofold. Such a simple idea yet highly effective for charities.
Fundraise
Do you have some seriously talented cake bakers? Some Lycra-clad sprinters? Or perhaps your colleagues are general knowledge gurus and excel at team quizzes? Whatever fundraising endeavour you choose, we can help make it a success for all involved. Want to link it to the farm? Even better! Perhaps you want to have a 'face your phobia' challenge, and get employees to befriend Myrtle, our resident skink.
