*Changes to Feb Half term Holiday Club - the ages are from 7-16 now! Also, this half term does not include lunch - please bring a packed lunch. 
Southampton City Farm provides a unique Holiday Club experience throughout the school holidays and half terms, working in collaboration with Southampton City Councils HAF Programme! 

Our Holiday Clubs include both public bookable spaces, and HAF funded spaces, so that more young people in the community are able to access the farm!

We are also running a SEND specific Holiday Club for the first 3 weeks of the summer holidays for the first time, with smaller group sizes, more staff for support, and a more chilled environment. This option is only available for HAF families at present. 

​Children will have the opportunity to take part in various aspects of farm life, including animal care and feeding, growing, picking and preparing fruit and vegetables, as well as woodland activities and outdoor team building games. This Holiday Club will provide children with the opportunity to get up close and personal with our beloved animals. Animal activities will vary daily and may include: 
Goat grooming, guinea pig handling, pygmy goat walking, collecting eggs, chicken handling, reptile bathing and mucking out the barn and enclosures.


More holiday club details:
  • Suitable for ages 7-16yrs
  • Club runs from 9am - 1pm
  • All attending children must be dropped off and collected at reception by a responsible adult 
  • All children will receive breakfast on arrival. Lunch will not be supplied during the feb half term.
  • Please wear suitable outdoor footwear and clothing - The farm will be muddy, so wellies are recommended!
  • You will be asked to complete a questionnaire for each child on arrival.

We are now partnering with The Big Difference and Eazy TZ Meals CIC in Southampton to offer better quality food for our Holiday Clubs! This new partnership not only offers a good quality and variety of food for our young people, but it also reduced food waste from across Southampton!
