A party experience like no other! Our popular parties allow children to get up close to some of our friendly animals, and offer a unique hands on experience that will be remembered. 

We offer three different party packages. See below for booking!
This Package includes:
  • Use of our Community room and kitchen for 3 hours
  • Free access to the farm for up to 25 children and 25 adults
  • Meet the animals at your own pace as you walk around the farm
  • This package doesn't include farm staff, it is self led
Price: £115 for 3 hours on the farm
This Package includes:
  • Use of our Community room and kitchen for 3 hours
  • A guided tour around the farm by a staff member. Hands on experiences with lots of animals including Goats, Sheep, and Guinea Pigs. 
  • Access to the farm for up to 25 children and 25 adults
​Price: £140 for 3 hours on the farm including a 1 hour tour
​This package includes:
  • A personalised visit to the farm, perfect for small parties or SEND needs
  • Hands-on experiences with animals of your choice. Spend quality time feeding our sheep, handling reptiles or cuddling guinea pigs - or meet a selection! 
  • The option to use our community room for party food and games, have a picnic out the front, or simply come for the tour
  • Recommended for small groups - from one adult and child - up to 10 children and 10 adults
  • (Please contact the farm after booking to confirm your requirements. We can't always guarantee meeting every animal, but will do our best to make your day special)

Stuck for party bag ideas? Wanting some affordable food options? We now offer a range of party add on's which compliment your booking! These extras will be in your party room ready for your magical farm experience. See below the extras, these will need to be added on as an extra when making your original party booking. 

SNack Boxes!

Cost: £1.90 per box!
Our popular farm themed snack boxes are created in our farm café, using donated food from The Big Difference. These snack boxes are the perfect addition to a farm themed party, and are perfect for young farmers aged 3-10.  Snack boxes are the perfect accompaniment to any other party food or main meal you wish to bring. 

Snack boxes include:
  • A drink (milkshake, juice or squash)
  • A snack (crisps or biscuits)
  • Sweet treat (cake, cookies, and more)
Due to donations, contents may vary. If you would like to purchase any additions from our cafe such as sausage rolls, cakes, and other baked goods, this can be arranged on the day  (additional cost applicable).

Give each of your children a gift to remember their farm experience. Our party packs include:
  • 25 farm key rings or badges,
  • 25 farm stickers,
  • 25 mini notebooks,
  • 25 snap bracelets,
  • 25 pencils.

Our Farm Shop is also full of different toys and gifts, which are perfect sizes for the party packages. Please let us know if you would like anything extra to be added to the party bag, and we can add this to your booking on the day. 

Birthday Present!

Cost: £35 per box
Did you want to make your child's party experience extra magical? We offer an animal sponsorship box as a birthday present. This present is not only the perfect farm themed gift, but also helps support our animals! 

What's inside your sponsorship box:
  • A certificate of your sponsored animal
  • A fact sheet about your sponsored animal 
  • A farm keyring, badge, or magnet with your favourite animal on it. 
  • A farm card
  • Name on the sponsored animals enclosure!
  • A photo frame gift with a picture of your sponsored animal!
  • A Farm Family pass to allow you a one off free trip to the farm to see your sponsored animal!

Birthday Cake!

Lovingly baked by a local baker, delicious chocolate birthday cake serves 16 children (approximately).

This cake will be waiting for you on arrival.

What does your party experience look like? 

What does the room look like? 
The party room is simply decorated already, with tables set out for 30 children, bunting, and party signage. The spacious space is split into 2 areas, which include a spacious kitchen, great for adults, and then a open space with children's seating. 
 What are the party timings?
Room hire is either from 9-12, or from 1-4. If you choose an individual party package, you can go out onto the farm whenever suits you. 

For a Guided party package, the time slots can be broken down like this:
  • 9 - 9:30 = After you arrive at 9, you then have 30 minutes for the children to arrive and for you to decorate the room to how you like. All children have to be on the farm by 9:30. 
  • 9:30 - 10:30 = This is your Guided Tour Slot. We take you on a tour of the farm, where you get to meet our animals, feed them some treats, and then you get to handle some of our smaller animals. 
  • 10:30 - 11:30 = This slot is for your party food/games. Feel free to bring food and games with you to do this.
  • 11:30 - 12 = This is your time to say goodbye to your friends, and pack away your birthday presents, and leave our room how you found it. ​

For the VIP package, please contact us to discuss your requirements. The VIP package includes a one-hour personalised experience on the farm, with a morning or afternoon start time to suit you. This can also include exclusive use of our community room for party activities - or you can choose to spend time independently exploring the farm

Are we allowed to bring confetti or glitter with us? 
We do ask that glitter and confetti are not brought to the farm. This is due to potential harm to our animals. We also aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible. 

Do you supply food, decorations, or party bags?
We do not offer any food or decoration packages, but please add to your order our new party pack which offers farm souvenirs! 

Tidy Up:
Please ensure you leave the room how you found it at the end of the party. Please especially ensure that balloons are properly disposed of in the bins provided. They are not to be taken near the animals as this can be dangerous if ingested or scary if popped outside.

No! These party packages are perfect for a variety of other celebrations! We offer these party packages for baby showers, care home parties, or other celebrations.
