Party Packages

A party experience like no other! Our popular parties allow children to get up close to some of our friendly animals, and offer a unique hands on experience that will be remembered. 

We offer three different party packages. See below for booking!

Individual Party Package
Individual Party
This Package includes:
· Use of our party room with kitchen area for 3 hours
· Free access to the farm for up to 25 children and 25 adults
· Meet the animals at your own pace as you walk around the farm
· This package does not include farm staff, it is self-led
Price: £115 for 3 hours on the farm

Guided Party Package
Guided Party
This Package includes:
· Use of our party room and kitchen area for 3 hours
· A guided tour around the farm by a staff member. Feeding and handling opportunities with some of our animals.
· Access to the farm for up to 25 children and 25 adults
Price: £140 for 3 hours on the farm including a 1 hour tour

VIP Party Package
VIP Party
This package includes:
· A personalised visit to the farm, perfect for small parties and SEND needs
· Hands-on experiences with our animals. Choose from spending quality time with one of the following: our goats, reptiles or guinea pigs.
· Use of our party room and kitchen area for 3 hours
· Tailored for small groups up to a maximum of 10 children and 10 adults
· (Please contact the farm after booking to confirm your requirements. We can't always guarantee meeting every animal, but will do our best to make your day special)
Price: £140 for 3 hours on the farm including a 1 hour tour

SNack Boxes!

Cost: £1.90 per box!
Our popular farm themed snack boxes the perfect addition to a farm themed party. Snack boxes are the perfect accompaniment to any other party food or main meal you wish to bring. Snack boxes include:
· A drink (a fruit shoot in orange or blackcurrant)
· A snack (crisps)
· Sweet treat (a cake bar)
If you have dietary requirements, please do let us know and we can make changes.

Party Bags!

​What's included in a party pack? Give each of your guests a gift to remember their farm experience. Our party packs include:· 25 farm badges of various animals
· 25 packs of farm themed stickers
· 25 mini notebooks
· 25 snap bracelets
· 25 pencils
· 25 party bags to fill with everything above

​Our Farm Shop is also full of different toys and gifts, which are perfect sizes for the party packages. Please let us know if you would like anything extra to be added to the party bag, and we can add this to your booking on the day.

Birthday Present!

Did you want to make your child's party experience extra magical? We offer an animal sponsorship box as a birthday present. This present is not only the perfect farm themed gift, but also helps support our animals! 

What's inside your sponsorship box:
  • A certificate of your sponsored animal
  • A fact sheet about your sponsored animal 
  • A farm keyring, badge, or magnet with your favourite animal on it. 
  • A farm card
  • Name on the sponsored animals enclosure!
  • A photo frame gift with a picture of your sponsored animal!
  • A Farm Family pass to allow you a one off free trip to the farm to see your sponsored animal!

What does your party experience look like? 

What does the room look like? 
The party room is simply decorated, with tables set out for 25 children, table covers, and party signage. The spacious space is split into 2 areas, which include a spacious kitchen, great for adults, and an open space with children's seating.

What are the suggested party timings?
Room hire is either from 9-12, or from 1-4. If you choose an individual party package, you can go out onto the farm whenever suits you. For morning Guided/VIP party packages, the time slots can be broken down like this:
  • 9am – Party hosts arrive to decorate the party room and set up as desired.
  • 9.15am – Party guests begin to arrive. All should be at the farm by 9.30am.
  • 9:30-10:30am - The tour happens during this hour. A staff member will lead the tour around the farm, where you get to meet our animals, feed them some treats, and handle some of our smaller animals.
  • 10:30-11:30am - This time is for any party food and games. Feel free to bring food and games with you.
  • 11:30am–12pm – This is the time to say goodbye to the party guests, pack away birthday presents, and leave the room how found it was at the beginning of the party. We supply bin bags and cleaning supplies for use.
For afternoon Guided/VIP party packages, the time slots can be broken down like this:
  • 1pm – Party hosts arrive to decorate the party room and set up as desired.
  • 1.15pm – Party guests begin to arrive. All should be at the farm by 9.30am.
  • 1:30-2:30pm - The tour happens during this hour. A staff member will lead the tour around the farm, where you get to meet our animals, feed them some treats, and handle some of our smaller animals.
  • 2:30-3:30pm - This time is for any party food and games. Feel free to bring food and games with you.
  • 3:30-4pm – This is the time to say goodbye to the party guests, pack away birthday presents, and leave the room how found it was at the beginning of the party. We supply bin bags and cleaning supplies for use.

What is the difference between VIP and Guided packages?
Both parties include a 1hour tour with feeding/handling some of the animals. The VIP package caters for 10 children (plus adults) so more time can be spent with either the goats, reptiles or guinea pigs. The Guided package caters for 25 children (plus adults). Both parties include the use of our party room.
For the VIP party package, please let the farm know which of the animal groups you would like to see.

What extras can be bought?
You can get party packs, an animal sponsorship or snack boxes as added extras. These can be bought when booking the party online or at a later date via email. We do ask that we have at least 2 weeks notice for any added extras.

What is included in the party pack?
Our party packs include 25 party bags, 25 badges, 25 packs of farm stickers, 25 mini notebooks, 25 snap bracelets, and 25 pencils.

What is included in the animal sponsorship?
Our animal sponsorship pack include the person you are giving the gift to, name on the encloser of the animal you choose, a gift box including information of the chosen animal, a framed photo, a card with their image, a key ring or badge of them, a free day pass for the family to visit them, as well as colouring in and much more.

What is included in the snack boxes?
The snack boxes include a fruit shoot (a selection of orange or blackcurrant), a packet of crisps (various flavours) and a cake bar. We can cater to allergy requirements with prior notification. The farm café is open during the time of the parties for any extra snacks, or you are welcome to add to the snack boxes.

Can the party room be decorated?
In the party room there are table covers and a farm banner. The room can be rearranged and decorated as wanted. We ask that any decorations, especially balloons, are kept in the room to make sure they are not near the animals.

Can confetti and/or glitter be used at the farm?
We do ask that glitter and confetti are not bought to the farm due to the potential harm to the animals. We also aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Do you supply food, decorations or party bags?
We do not offer any food or decoration packages. We do offer snack boxes and party packs as extra add-ons. There is a kitchen area with a fridge that can be used for any food you would like.

Are drinks and food available for the adults attending the party?
We make sure that a kettle is available for the party in the kitchen area. We do not supply tea, coffee or milk. Please do bring your own. The farm café is also open where take-away drinks and snacks can be purchased. We do not allow alcohol on site.

Are cups/plates/jugs supplied?
There are items available to use but we cannot guarantee what these are. We do recommend bringing anything you want with you in case.

Is extra entertainment allowed at the parties?
If you would like to have an Entertainer at the party, you are welcome to have this. Please do let the farm know that this is happening. We do not allow bouncy castles on site.

Does the party go ahead is the weather is bad?
Yes, we will make changes in extreme weather to make sure the tour can still happen. We do recommend everyone brings wellies and raincoats is bad weather, suncream and hats in good weather.

Does the room need to be tidied up after?
We do supply bin bags and cleaning supplies you are welcome to use. Please ensure that the room is left how you found it. All balloons and decorations need to be disposed of in the bin bags provided. No balloons and decorations are to be taken near any animals as these can harm and scare them. Are our party packages just for birthdays?
No! Our party packages can be booked for any occasion you are celebrating. When you are booking, please let us know what your occasion is and we can work with you to make it special.

Can the party packages be booked at the farm?
Due to all the information needed, the booking system of the parties is online only.
